Jean-Francois Jacques, 49, is Chairman of the Board of Zetes. Named to this position in 2005, he oversees all legal and administrative aspects of the company. Mr Jacques joined the company in 1993 as co-Managing Director with Alain Wirtz. At the helm in his current role as Chairman of the Board, Mr Jacques steered the company through a smooth transition from private to public company. Possessing business acumen and strategic vision, he has been instrumental in guiding Zetes through a series of successful acquisitions that are fundamental to the company’s business strategy to broaden its geographical coverage and heighten its technological competences. Jean-Francois Jacques holds a law degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. |
