Features and Functions

• Cross Count Analysis
  Access a range of counts from a single store or many stores. Reconciled counts can be investigated using the Cross Count Analysis component, whether the count has been managed using Nucleus IS - Stock Audit or by a third-party count service. Identify detailed information on what has been counted, at both SKU and attribute level, across the counts.
  
  
• Third-Party Import
  Accept captured data from a third-party source and quickly present accurate reconciled information for immediate results
  
  
• Stock Movements
  Stock movements generated by the host system are incorporated into the count. Movements into or out of the store, such as inter-branch transfers or direct deliveries, are usually provided as a file and can be loaded into Nucleus IS - Stock Audit during the count.
  
  
• Print Product Label
  Generate product labels, with optional bar codes, for items that have been key entered rather than scanned on the mobile devices. Use the Print Product Label screen to print out labels for selected areas within the store or for selected attributes.
  
  
• Area Reporting
  See what stock is at any specific designated area of the store, such as stock rooms, and valuation of this stock. Area reporting allows access to stock item level information, such as where the item was found throughout the count or within selected areas.
  
  
• Stock Turnover
  Extrapolate results from the count day and express them in terms of the store’s turnover (both value and units if required) over a user-selected period of time
  
  
• Warehouse
  Used within a warehouse environment to perform fast and accurate stock counts on a wall-to-wall or perpetual basis. Provides all the standard benefits of Nucleus IS - Stock Audit, such as accuracy at item level, significant time-savings and on-site results, it can also provide additional checks on a per location basis
  
  
• Multiple Price Support
  Reconcile count results to be expressed in terms of more than one value. Up to two additional "prices" can be supplied in the expected files (e.g. cost price, retail price in a foreign currency, or margin value) and then reconciled reports can be expressed in these terms. Multiple Price reporting also extends to the Cross Count Analysis component.
