Voice Terminals
Voice terminals improve productivity and reduce errors in the warehouse. They guide operators via the most natural interface, voice, allowing operators to work hands- and eyes free. Zetes’ voice solution 3iV Crystal runs on two types of voice terminals:
- Dedicated voice terminals: perform hands-free tasks quickly with voice (speech) direction only
- Multimodal voice terminals: in addition to voice, these terminals make use of other interfaces such as screen and keyboard, and can be combined with scanners, RFID readers
